When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message content you submit, along with technical metadata typical of email delivery such as timestamps and routing headers if your message becomes an email thread. We do not operate public user accounts on this website, and we do not ask for government identifiers or payment details through these pages.

Server logs maintained by our hosting provider may include IP addresses, user agents, and requested URLs. We use those logs for security and troubleshooting, not for automated profiling or advertising auctions.

Legal bases and purposes

We process contact submissions to respond to inquiries and, where relevant, to prepare contractual steps if you request services. We process technical logs to protect the site against abuse and to maintain reliability. Where consent is required for optional storage—such as remembering a cookie-banner choice—we rely on your explicit action via the banner controls.

Storage and retention

Contact messages are retained in our mail systems for as long as needed to complete the conversation and satisfy legal or professional record-keeping obligations, typically not longer than seven years for project-related correspondence unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are rotated on a schedule determined by the host and are not kept indefinitely in hot storage.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with subprocessors that provide hosting, email delivery, or security services, bound by agreements that limit use to service provision. If legally compelled to disclose information, we will review requests carefully and notify affected users where permitted.

International transfers

Our collaborators may process data in multiple countries. When data leaves Kazakhstan or your home jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where applicable and vendor due diligence.

Your rights
